Can You Outgrow a Church? Yes.

I had a dream on Feb. 18th where I was going into this weight room to lift weights. I noticed I needed to change t-shirts. The t-shirts that were presented to me had the name of this particular church I use to attend on them. I noticed they were for toddlers. I said to them, "I cannot fit these t-shirts. They are too small." I knew I needed to go to my room to get a shirt that fits.
I believe me lifting weights represents choosing to grow spiritually, and in order to grow spiritually you have to be seeking your own intimate relationship with Jesus, positioned in the right church, and around the right people. Not only do I believe lifting weights represents growing spiritually, but it also means growing in faith. It represents going into the deeper things of God. Pay attention. I said, I chose growth. No one is forced to work out. It's a choice. It's a choice to do right by what's been given to you. A temple where the Holy Spirit resides. Just in the same way growing spiritually and in the faith is a choice. You can choose to stay stuck, or you can choose to go into the deeper things of God. At the end of the day, it's your choice.
The t-shirts that were presented to me didn't mean they were necessarily the best fit for me. I had outgrown those t-shirts just like people outgrow churches. Some people choose to stay in churches after God has release them to go out of false obligation. Feeling like you owe the Pastor or whomever the Lord used to pour into you in your previous season something. Some may be under this Jezebelic grip where you've been told people should find one church and stay planted there....FOREVER. THIS IS A LIE FROM THE PIT OF HELL. I'm a firm believer the Lord positions you where He wants you, when He wants to.
Depending on the calling on your life you can only grow so far in certain churches. I'm not saying you leave a church because you're offended. No. I'm saying you leave when the Father says it's time to go. I remember being in worship one Sunday years ago. The Lord reminded me of a previous dream He gave me where He used me to lay hands on a young boy who face was diseased. In the dream the boy was miraculously healed right then. The Lord then said to me in worship, "You will never walk in that at this church." I remember crying ferociously. Afterwards confirmation after confirmation would come to confirm it was time to go. I still love the Pastor of that church and honor him today. Leaving doesn't mean dishonor. It means I'm obeying God over man.
Psalms 37:23 says, "The steps of a righteous man are ordered by the Lord, and he delights in his way."
Isaiah 30:21 says, "Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you saying, "This is the way, walk in it."
Each place is significant for the calling on your life. There is something the Father wants to impart in you from each place. Something that is needed as you move forward in your God-given destiny. No place is by chance.
Staying some where longer than the FATHER has told you to stay is straight up rebellion and repentance is required.
It's time for the Jezebelic grip of Jezebel to be broken off God's people so they can be position rightly to SOAR!
