Do You Feel Stuck?

Recently I received some devastating news. After hearing it, for the first time in a long time, I felt stuck. I could not see my way forward. Vision begins to fade with little to no direction.
After talking with the One who loves me the most... JESUS. He reminded me of Saul and David. And I heard the question, "How long will you mourn over Saul?". I knew in that moment He had something better for me. He then reminded me of Moses and Joshua. Will I choose to stay in the wilderness with Moses and never receive the promise, or will I lay down disappointment to what SEEMS to be a loss and failure to cross over into my promised land like Joshua?
The promise never changed. It remain the same. As a matter of TRUTH it will be exceedingly and abundantly above what I asked for. I had to lay down my preconceived way of how I wanted things to look or go.
How long will you allow your past disappointments to keep you stagnant and delayed? How long will you mourn over what was or what could have been? How long will you allow old mindsets to keep you on the merry-go-round going no where?
It is time to let go of some things so that you can move forward into the new the Father has for you.
1 Samuel 16:1, "Now the LORD said to Samuel, “How long will you mourn for Saul, seeing I have rejected him from reigning over Israel? Fill your horn with oil, and go; I am sending you to Jesse the Bethlehemite. For I have provided Myself a king among his sons.”
Isaiah 43:19, "Behold, I am doing a new thing;
now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert."
Phillipians 3:13, "Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead."
