DO YOU KNOW THE SEASON YOU ARE IN?

As we navigate through our PERSONAL lives, it is extremely important that we know the season we are in. It is important that you know what the Holy Spirit is speaking directly to you. There are a lot of prophetic words being released from different people.Prophetic words can be encouraging when they apply to you and bring forth confirmation, but it can also be dangerous to receive a prophetic word that is not for you. Not for the season you are in.

Do you know the character of God? Do you have an intimate relationship with Him outside of the church? Why are those questions significant to where you are? Knowing the character of God and having an intimate relationship with Him is what will sustain you in some of the hardest seasons of your life. Having an intimate relationship with Him will keep you sober and alert to the season you are in.

How can one know Jesus and His character? Through His Word and spending HOLY SPIRIT LED TIME WITH HIM. Don't be robotic in your time with Him. It can look different at times, and it can look different than what it may look like for others. Learn more about who you are through Him.

Some of you are about to enter a season of your life that will challenge your faith in ways it has never been challenged before. It will challenge what's supposed to be in you. THE WORD.

When met with challenges/battles/obstacles, there is no time to prepare. The preparation is supposed to take place before any of these things happen. Do an army send their new recruits or soldiers out to battle before they are prepared or trained? The answer is no. So why would God? He does not. But are you taking the time to meditate on the Word that the Holy Spirit is leading you to daily. It is He who knows your ending from your beginning. He knows what lies ahead and wants to prepare you for it. So when challenges come, you are prepared. I'm not saying that it's going to be a walk in the park when knowing the word, because it's not. But here's the thing... YOU WON'T QUIT! YOU WILL BE FOUND STANDING ON THE SOLID ROCK! JESUS! No matter how long the season is.

Are you standing on the solid Rock, Jesus? Or are you standing on a foundation that when the winds blow you and your foundation crumble?

The only way anyone will ever know that the Word is ALIVE and ACTIVE is when they are faced with obstacles that are in opposition to the Word in their life. What will you do when faced with adversity? What will you do when there is no one to lean on? Will you retreat, or will you be found standing on the rock, declaring His word, and leaning on Jesus?

Are you resilient? When you fall, do you get back up? When you fail, do you learn from it and try again? The Word says that the righteous fall seven times, but they get back up. The Father is looking for those who are resilient. Those who do not allow the enemy to use their past mistakes and failures to keep them bond. You learn from them and move forward in wisdom.

Some of you are about to step out of the wilderness and cross over into the manifestion of the promises of God. Your promise land. The knowledge you gained in the wilderness will now become wisdom. One who knows what to do, how to do it, and when to do it. One who knows what to say, how to say it, and when to say it. One who knows the Father very intimately. One who knows His heart.

Those entering into their promise have gone through major heart surgery and transformation. Your character has been developed into one that glorifies God through the fiery trials you've gone through. You have come out pure as gold! You are about to come into a new place of stewardship and influence. Stewarding the things of the kingdom. A solid trust has been built within you. An increase in your faith in the faithfulness of God. You are now one that can be trusted with much because you have been found faithful over the little. You have given the Father a yes to His will for your life and has remained faithful!

Comparison can be a robber of peace and joy, so don't compare your season with someone elses. In all things give thanks for this is the will of God. Your life is your life. Thank God for it and submit to the path He has for you.
