Jesus, the Author and the Finisher of Our Faith. (Hebrews 12:2)

This scripture came to mind this morning, and I felt led to go a little deeper in the meaning of what I felt the Father was conveying to not only me, but to all those this applies to.

There were several definitions to the word author, but one in particular stood out to me the most. This definition stated author is an originator or creator of something, especially a plan or idea. As I continued to read it gave synonyms such as originator, creator, initiator, founder, father, prime mover, architect, engineer, designer, planner, inventor, maker, and producer.

I found them all to be profound, and extremely powerful in context to the above scripture.

The word finisher means one who finishes, puts an end to, completes, or perfects.

From reading the definitions above not only do the Father begins to create, build, or design something, but He finishes, completes and perfects what He starts. NOTHING IS LEFT UNDONE.

What is it that He finishes, completes and perfects? Our faith.

Faith is putting your complete trust or confidence in someone or something. From a biblical stand point it means the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen according to Hebrews 11:1.

I strongly believe the Father is saying the process and timing in which He first gave you that idea...the process and timing where He first spoke His promises over you...the process and timing of seeing what He promised coming to full manifestation is about to sky rocket your faith in Him to another level if you choose to rest in Him. For this is the timing He will reveal Himself to you in ways you have not yet seen. For this is the timing in where He proves the scriptures to be true... “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26

Many of you are in a kairos moment in time. Decision making. Crossroads. Although your process has been anything but easy, the Father is completing and perfecting what He begun in you. He is putting an end to the warfare and intense battle you've endured. You are about to see the GLORY of God manifest in every area where it seemed impossible. The areas of your life where you appeared to be stuck. The darkest areas of your life are about to be overtaken with light.

Your FATHER, The AUTHOR and FINISHER of your FAITH is about to bring EVERYTHING that has tried to hold you back to an ABRUPT END, so that you may walk into the NEW He has for you. Get ready because He is about to breathe new life into you, and into everything that seemed dead.
