"LAUNCH OUT INTO THE DEEP!"

I woke up this morning and heard these words playing in my spirit, "If first you don't succeed, then dust yourself off and try again." These are the lyrics from a song in the 90s.

There are things the Father may have called you to do in the past that did not succeed in the way you expected them to. As a result, the fear of trying again has kept some of you stagnant. Do not let your past failures or the words and opinions of others keep you from trying again.

I'm being reminded of Peter toiling for fish all night but coming up short in Luke 5. Peter was exhausted and discouraged so much, so he gave up on catching fish that night leading into the next day. BUT THEN... he heard the WORDS and INSTRUCTIONS of JESUS!

"LAUNCH OUT INTO THE DEEP and let down your nets for a catch." Luke 5:4

As Peter obeyed the instructions of the Lord, he gathered an abundance of fish. His portion was so great that the nets began to break. He signaled for other boats close by to come and help, because he had more than he could handle on his own. Even then, both boats begin to sank because of the abundance of fish.

Peter choosing to obey Jesus despite his failure to catch fish before changed everything. Not only did it change everything for him, but for those around him. Peter was blessed, and so were those in close proximity to him.

The Father is calling you to LAUNCH OUT INTO THE DEEP! Launch out into faith! Come out of those shallow waters and out of a place of being complacent and TRY AGAIN. Not only will you be blessed this time, but those connected to you will be also!

IT'S TIME TO DUST YOURSELF OFF AND TRY AGAIN!
