Last week coming out of my sleep I heard the Holy Spirit say, "She lives in the sanctuary, but she moves in faith."
As I began to look further into the word sanctuary I found that it's a place of consecration and is also considered as the holy of holies. A sacred place. A place where you build an altar to the Father.
To me consecration means to remove all distractions so that you may enter into alone time with the Father. Just you and Him. Pure intimacy. Keen focus.
Immediately after I read holy of holies I thought about the finish work of the cross. I thought about the moment Jesus said, "It is finish", and then gave up His Spirit. How right after, the veil was torn. The veil that stood in the way of encountering the Father in an intimate way. This gives us the ability to enter into a place that was not available to us before. A place where we come face to face with the Father. A place where we can abide in Him. A place where His presence resides. A place of safety. A place of rest.
The Father said, "but she moves in faith" at the latter in of what He spoke to me.
Faith is the substance of things hoped for, and the evidence of things not seen.
As I pondered on this I thought to myself in order to move in faith it's necessary to be connected to SOMEONE who stands outside of time. I thought to myself in order to move in faith I need to be connected to SOMEONE who knows my ending from my beginning, and the in between. That SOMEONE is JESUS.
I realize living in the sanctuary and moving in faith goes hand in hand. I cannot have one without the other. There is no way to move in faith without abiding in the One who gives you the strength to keep going when everything SEEMS hopeless. After all faith is the substance of things HOPED for, and the EVIDENCE of things NOT SEEN.
It's time to live in the sanctuary and move in faith.
