May the Chains Fall off the African American Community.

The Lord sent me two dreams concerning the toxicity of the way many African American people think concerning culture and identity.

In dream two, this African American lady said, "She needs to get saved for real. The black people way. " I said to her in the dream, "There is one way, and that's the kingdom way and how you look at things that need to change." I knew in the dream that the idolization to black being right above all else needed to be broken off her.

In dream one, there was this African American man who was looking to do research concerning his identity. He wanted to research the African Heritage to find out who he was. In the dream, I said, "Your identity and who you are can only be found in Christ."

The enemy (satan) has many African American people blinded and in chains. Chains to a culture that seeks to do the very opposite of what many gave their life for, and that was to become a bridge for UNITY. The Civil Rights movement was not created for African American people to consider themselves KING above other ethnic groups, but it was created so that we may be seen as equal to all. Not above or below anyone else because of our skin color. It was created that we not be judged by the color of our skin, but by the content of our character.

We are bringing more harm to ourselves than good. We feel the need to add black in front of everything when, indeed, it is not necessary. There is an underlying issue here, and it is called PRIDE and INSECURITY. PRIDE in my skin color, but at the same time INSECURE because of my skin color.

We can dive deep into research to seek out information concerning our African Heritage, but it is not until we have a true encounter with JESUS that we truly know who we are, and why we were created. Our purpose can ONLY be found in Christ. In order to know who we are, we must first know who Jesus is.

If we dig deep enough into African culture, we will find a lot of it is wrapped up in witchcraft and sorcery. We will find out how our own people sold our ancestors into slavery. We get to decide if we want to continue to be slaves or not, and I'm not talking about visible chains. Chains of the mind. Our mindsets must change. As a Christian and follower of Jesus Christ, we should do things the kingdom way. Not the way that is based on culture. Worldly culture that opens doors for demonic activity in our lives.

As a Christian, it is time to draw a line in the sand. Kingdom culture or black culture? I can assure you that many of you need to repent. Many of you, as Christian, think this way. It is time to repent, and it is time to renew your mind. For the Lord is coming quickly. May He find no blemish in you.

I pray those who are struggling in their purpose and identity have an encounter with Jesus that will change their lives forever.

Ephesians 1:5, "He predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will."

John 1:12, "Yet to all who did receive Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God."

2 Corinthians 5:16–17, “So if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation: everything old has passed away; see, everything has become new!"
