PROTECT WHAT'S SACRED.

A shift is taking place in responsibility and leadership. The Father is raising up a remnant of people He has been preparing for years. They are marked by the Holy Spirit with the fear of the Lord in their hearts. Their focus is to hear God and obey with the understanding of what it is to PROTECT and SERVE what the Father deems SACRED.

Yesterday on my prayer walk with the Lord He highlighted the words PROTECT and SACRED. When I got home I felt led to look up those two words. The word protect means to keep safe from harm or injury, and the word sacred means set apart, holy, or consecrated for God's special purpose per Google. I knew the Father was emphasizing the importance of me protecting my new assignment. Where as not allowing live stream to be available for everyone, or even reposting the videos via social media or my website. My new assignment "Hosting God's Presence" is an invitation to come and encounter the Father as a community. It is not a time for gimmicks and entertainment. It's about real fellowship with the heart to pursue the Father's heart. There are things that can be recorded and done live for all, but this is not one of those things. It's for the people who want to accept the invitation to meet with the Father collectively with the heart for continual growth, and community. The Lord reminded me of the parable of the king who sent his servants out to INVITE people to his son's wedding in Matthew 22. The invite being by INVITATION ONLY was highlighted to me. Leaving it in the people's hand who were invited whether or not if they chose to come in or not. I believe that it is vital that once people accept the invitation to come into community, those given the responsibility to steward that community should do so with the heart to protect and serve those people. People should feel safe and protected when coming into spaces that are to be sacred. If your focus is on numbers, pleasing people over pleasing God, gifting over anointing, entertainment over true worship, performance over a servant's heart, etc, you will do a poor job of protecting and serving the Father's sheep. YOUR TIME IS VALUABLE AND MUST BE PROTECTED ALSO. It is vital that there be intentionality on who we choose to pour into and give our time to in this season. We must discern who those people are, and who those people are not. Be sober and alert as well as direct with people. The enemy will send people to try to distract you, and detour you from the very ones you are called to give your time to. PROTECT WHAT'S SACRED. #protectandserve #community #Jesus #christian #sacred
