THE OWL THAT HAS THE ABILITY TO SEE IN THE DARK.

The Lord has been highlighting owls to me in the last past month or so. On Christmas I received a gift with owls that gave me further confirmation. As I researched owls I found that owls have the ability to see in darkness, but what was even more so profound to me was this statement that I found during my research:

... "the owl lives in the darkness, can see through the darkness and KNOWS‘ WHO'S WHO (emphasis mines)." - Helen Calder This statement stood out to me, because for the last couple of years the Father has been pulling back the curtains on darkness with the understanding that our wrestle is not against flesh and blood (Ephesians 6:12). However, this past year has been more so of having the ability to IDENTIFY the spirits that are at work in our life, and the spirits that have been operating through the people that we have allowed close. Having the ability to identify the dysfunction in our life that comes with certain connections, and having the wisdom to know how to deal with what the Holy Spirit reveals. Dysfunction is a word that the Holy Spirit has been highlighting since the beginning of last year. DYSFUNCTION = DISORDER. Something's not working quite right; ineffectiveness per Google. For far too long many of us have looked at dysfunction as normal in our families, marriages, churches, and relationships. In reality dysfunction contradicts the way of the WORD (BIBLE) in a follower of Jesus life, and keeps us bond in chains to ludicrous. The Father wants us to be people who love well with pure hearts and intentions, so the revealing of these things is not so we can walk around in offense and un-forgiveness. It's for us to be fully aware of our value, and what we allow in our lives that could be sabotaging us in any way as well as stealing from us. It is also to be aware of our own mishaps, so we may walk into true freedom, and REMAIN in freedom. How does the bond go set the captives free if they too are bond? We must get free from unhealthy cycles so that we may stop allowing dysfunction in our lives. This also prepares us for what's ahead. For some of you the Lord will intentionally plant you in darkness to be the LIGHT in certain spheres of influence. The light of Christ must shine bright through you to draw in the lost that has been consumed by darkness. In this regard, you must remain rooted and grounded in TRUTH, and in LOVE. Choosing to live a lifestyle of consecration unto the Lord is most important. When you abide in Christ you will not be overtaken by darkness, but rather dispel it. John 1:5, "And the Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it." It's the Christ in you that gives you the ability to stand in the midst of darkness and not be overtaken by it, but you must stay in a heart posture of worship unto the Lord. John 1:4, "In Him was life, and that life was the light of men." It is vital that you have the ability and the heart to see past the ugly/sin in a person to see what the Father sees about that person. You are sent to speak LIFE into that person according to what the Father has destined that person to be. Death and life is in the power of your tongue. Speak life and be the light. From there watch the Father bring forth life and liberty to that person's life. Speaking life is not without speaking truth, but you should have the heart of the Father when you open your mouth to speak truth to someone.
