WARNING: DON'T LOOK BACK!

I was sitting with the Lord in a struggle to move forward from some things a week or so ago, and in that moment I had a vision of Sodom and Gomorrah burning. The Lord begin to remind me of how an angel instructed Lot and his wife not to look back when they were delivered from the judgment that had come upon Sodom and Gomorrah for it's sin. Looking back was detrimental to both Lot and his wife, and because Lot's wife looked back, she turned into a pillar of salt (Genesis 19:26).

Genesis 19:17 says, "When they were SAFELY OUT OF THE CITY, one of the angels ordered, “RUN FOR YOUR LIVES! And DON’T LOOK BACK or stop anywhere in the valley! Escape to the mountains, OR YOU WILL BE SWEPT AWAY!” (Emphasis mines)

It is important that those who did the will of the Father in their past seasons, whether it was received or not, to keep building and looking forward with Jesus. It would be wise to no longer get distracted or side tracked by things the Father has released you from. The focal point has to be on what the Father has put in your hands in this season. You must move forward with no guilt, or the need to be apart of what's behind you in anyway if the Father has not instructed you to do so.

The grace has lifted for those assignments. You heard and obeyed the Father despite little support, rejection, the backlash, and being misunderstood. Now is the time to move forward and build with Jesus. It's time to move forward into your new assignments. You will not be able to build at the capacity that is required of you if you won't let go of people, places, and things from your past season that the Father is instructing you to release.

MOVE FORWARD WITH NO GUILT FOR MOVING FORWARD. KEEP BUILDING WITH JESUS.

Philippians 3:13, "Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, FORGETTING THOSE THINGS WHICH ARE BEHIND and REACHING FORWARD TO THOSE THINGS WHICH ARE AHEAD." (Emphasis mines)
