YOU HAVE THE VICTORY IN CHRIST JESUS!

Do not lay down and go to sleep in the bed of "WOE IS ME." Do not take on a victim mentality in a time where you should be proclaiming, "I HAVE THE VICTORY IN CHRIST JESUS" over your circumstances. The Lord keeps highlighting 1 Thessalonians 5:18, "In EVERYTHING GIVE THANKS; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." No matter what you find yourself facing, GIVE THANKS for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you! There is something to gain from every battle! There is purpose in the opposition against you that the Lord has allowed! Your faith muscles are growing and being strengthened. Your capacity to carry more is being enlarged! There is something that God is doing in you in the face of adversity! He is preparing you for something greater later! He is equipping you for a greater calling! Every battle you face prepares you mentally and spiritually to take on the next battle. This is how you become SKILLED at spiritual warfare. You must face and battle your way through spiritual warfare to overcome spiritual warfare. David knew he could slay Goliath because the Lord was preparing David to slay Goliath years before by having him face the lion and the bear first. David knew if the Lord handed the lion and bear over to him, He would do the same for Goliath. He knew his authority as one a part of God's army. Remind yourself on how the Lord delivered you before and met you right where you were. I remember being demonically oppressed by the enemy so much so I could not hardly move my body. I went to the lake to meet with Jesus. As I sat there with very little strength, I noticed two little boys with their dad fishing. They could not have been no more than 8 and 9 years old. I heard the Lord say, "Ask to pray for the boys." As I opened the door to my car, my body fell over as I was about to fall to the ground from being weighed down by the enemy. I had just enough strength to go and ask their dad if I could pray for them. As I got permission from their dad, I found the supernatural strength of the Lord overtaking me. I began to pray and prophesy over those boys, and then the dad allowed me to pray for him. Before I knew it, my full strength had returned to me. The enemy no longer had a grip on me as I obeyed the instruction of the Lord. That which I was believing the Father for came to fruition. The tactic of the enemy is to oppress you with life circumstances to keep you from fulfilling assignments and even the calling on your life. Don't let him! This is the time to CHOOSE to PERSEVERE! To CHOOSE to ENDURE! To CHOOSE to be a VICTOR instead of a victim! No matter what you are facing today, give God a THANK YOU anyway! Choose to be obedient to the voice of God no matter what is going on in your life and thank Him no matter how you feel! 1 Corinthians 15:57, "But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ." Isaiah 54:2-3: “Enlarge the place of your tent, and let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings; do not spare; lengthen your cords, and strengthen your stakes. For you shall expand to the right and to the left, and your descendants will inherit the nations, and make the desolate cities inhabited.” James 5:11, "Indeed we count them blessed who endure. You have heard of the perseverance of Job and seen the end intended by the Lord—that the Lord is very compassionate and merciful."
